It’s good for losing weight. Did you know that it is the second most effective exercise in terms of calories burned per minute?
….Improving your health. Running can raise your levels of good cholesterol, boost your immune system, and lower your risk of developing blood clots.
….Releasing stress. Running forces your body to exert excess energy and hormones. Running also helps to reduce your chances of developing tension headaches.
….Boosting your confidence. Running will boost your confidence and self-esteem. As you reach your running goals, you will feel a greater sense of empowerment.
There are 5k’s (3.1 miles), 10k’s (6.2 miles), Half Marathons (13.6 miles), and Marathons (26.2 miles).
There are runs that you are chased by Zombies, runs in the mud, runs on trails, runs for every taste and length.
